TO INVOLVE AS MUCH OF THE DENTAL COMMUNITY OF THE STATE IN THE TREATMENT OF THE NEEDY AS IS POSSIBLE THROUGH VOLUNTEERISM AND/OR CONTRIBUTIONS.
