MANY LOW INCOME PET OWNERS ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE PROPER NEUTERING OR VACCINATION SERVICES FOR THEIR PETS, AND SINCE A LARGE MAJORITY OF PETS IN THIS AREA ARE FREE- ROAMING, MANY OF THESE COMPANION ANIMALS END UP REPRODUCING OR GETTING SICK FROM EASILY PREVENTABLE DISEASES. THE ORGANIZATION SEEKS TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES IN THREE KEY WAYS.
