THE 4H COUNCIL LIVESTOCK CLERKS THE MARKET SALE. BUYERS LOCAL AND BUSINESSES PAY THE COUNCIL FOR EACH PURCHASE AND THE COUNCIL PAYS EACH 4H MEMBER WHO SELLS A MARKET ANIMAL FOR THAT PURCHASE LESS 3.5% COMMISSION. THAT 3.5% RETAINED COMMISSION IS USED TO FUND EDUCATIONAL AND IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR ALL 4H YOUTH.
