(2) QUALIFIED/CERTIFIED HOUSING GRANT AND LOAN PACKAGER ON BEHALF OF USDA - ASSIST CLIENTS WITH COMPLETING THEIR SINGLE FAMILY HOUSING APPLICATION AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION, CREDIT CHECK, ETC. AND SUBMIT TO USDA-RD FOR CLIENTS. (3) SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM FOR YOUTHS. (4) FOOD PANTRY PROGRAM FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.
