AS A LOCAL UNION OF THE IBEW, THE UNION PROVIDES SERVICES TO ITS MEMBERS AND TRAINING FOR CURRENT MEMBERS AND FOR APPRENTICES.

The goal of this organization is to operate inpatient facilities, also known as convalescent hospitals and nursing homes, that provide skilled nursing and personal care over an extended period of time for people who are no longer in an acute phase of their illness.

THE TRUST OPERATES TO FUND SCHOLARSHIPS ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO THE MERIDIAN BRANCH OF MISSISSIPPI STATE UNIVERSITY OR ANOTHER INSTITUTION INCLUDING A COMMUNITY COLLEGE. THE TRUST OPERATES SOLEY TO DISTRIBUTE ALL NET INCOME OF THE TRUST FOR SCHOLARSHIPS TO BE MADE IN $3,500 INCREMENTS.

The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

TO PROVIDE PRESCHOOL AND ADULT LEARNING FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, CLOTHING, FOOD AND HOUSEHOLD GOODS FOR THOSE IN NEED, SEXUAL ABUSE PREVENTION AND COUNSELING FOR VICTIMS, CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION AND COUSELING FOR VICTIMS.
