FOSTER AWARENESS, TRAINING, AND UNDERSTANDING TO CHILDCARE PROVIDERS OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES. TO PROVIDE DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING, AND ENHANCMENT OF CHILDCARE CENTERS.
