The goal of this organization is to build, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing for low-income individuals and families, older adults and people with disabilities; or which make purchasable housing available to low or moderate income families by offering lower priced housing and/or affordable payment plans, by arranging for interest or mortgage subsidies or by involving eventual owners in the construction process (sweat equity).

THE PURPOSE OF THE GOLF CLUB IS TO PROVIDE A RECREATIONAL FACILITY FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC. ALL INCOME/EXPENSES WITHOUT EXCEPTION ARE DIRECTED TO THE GOLF CLUB.

THE STOVER COMMUNITY BETTERMENT COUNCIL BUILT AND MAINTAINS THE STOVER COMMUNITY CENTER WHICH IS RENTED OUT FOR VARIOUS FUNCTIONS IN THE COMMUNITY. THE CENTER IS A MUCH NEEDED SERVICE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE STOVER AREA.

TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY CHALLENGED INDIVIDUALS TO EARN A LIVING, GARNER RESPECT FOR DOING A VALUABLE JOB, AND INCREASE THEIR SELF WORTH AS WELL AS PROVIDING THEM WITH SOCIAL INTERACTION.
