THE NEWLY ACQUIRED BUSINESS AND LIFE SKILLS WILL ALLOW THESE INDIVIDUALS TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY TO THE DEGREE THEY ARE ABLE AND LESSEN THEIR SHELTER NEEDS TO THE EXTENT WHERE INDEPENDENT LIVING MAY BE ACHIEVABLE. THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED PRIMARILY BY PAID EMPLOYEES AND/OR SERVICE PROVIDERS.
