CORE SERVICES INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE LOW-INCOME, ELDERLY AND DISABLED, REFUGEE RESETTLEMENT, EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION, YOUTH SERVICES, AND SOCIAL SERVICES INCLUDING EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE AND HOLIDAY EVENTS.
