OUR TARGET POPULATION FALLS BELOW THE FEDERAL POVERTY THRESHOLD OF 200% (.200% FEDERAL POVERTY GUIDELINE.) WE HAVE ALWAYS CREATED RESILIENCE BY FOCUSING ON COMMUNITIES.
