SINCE EARLY 2019, THE URBAN VILLAGE HAS ACTED AS AN INCUBATOR FOR COMMUNITY LED PROJECTS THAT ARE COMMITTED TO BUILDING, SUPPORTING AND CULTIVATING OPPORTUNITIES FOR KAREN AND KARENNI REFUGEES IN MINNESOTA.
