SERVICES INCLUDE SKILLED NURSING CARE, PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPIES, NUTRITION ASSISTANCE, AND SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO HELP RESIDENTS ATTAIN THE OPTIMUM QUALITY OF LIFE.
