CLUBS ARE ENTIRELY RUN BY VOLUNTEERS AND WE HAVE EASY-TO-USE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES TO HELP ALL PARENTS/GRANDPARENTS/AUNTS/UNCLES GAIN CONFIDENCE AND BECOME OUR VITAL VOLUNTEERS. WE EMPOWER YOUTH TO BE JOYFUL, CONFIDENT WINTER ENTHUSIASTS BY BUILDING INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES THAT REDUCE BARRIERS TO CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING.

THE MISSION OF YOUTH LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE (YLI) IS TO ADVANCE RACIAL EQUITY BY DEVELOPING A NEW GENERATION OF DIVERSE LEADERS WHO ARE PREPARED TO BUILD A THRIVING, INCLUSIVE AND MULTICULTURAL TWIN CITIES AREA; AND CATALYZING JUSTICE AND TRANSFORMATION IN THE SYSTEMS THAT IMPACT YOUTH.
