SACHEN FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF MONKS AND NUNS; DEVELOP BUDDHIST EDUCATION AND CURRICULUM FOR CHILDREN AND LAY PRACTITIONERS, AND PRESERVE THE SAKYA TRADITION THROUGH TEXT PUBLICATIONS AND DISTRIBUTION.
