THE MISSION OF WEST MIDLAND FAMILY CENTER IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR EACH GENERATION BY PROVIDING GROWTH AND ACHIEVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN A CARING ENVIRONMENT.
