THE CORPORATION WAS ORGANIZED TO CONSTRUCT, OWN AND OPERATE A 75-UNIT APARTMENT COMMUNITY IN HARRISON TOWNSHIP, MICHIGAN, KNOWN AS AHEPA 371 II APARTMENTS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT, AS AMENDED.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to develop, rehabilitate, manage and/or provide rental housing that is available to people who qualify on the basis of income, age or disability for publicly subsidized housing e.g., HUD housing or housing assistance under Section 8 of the Housing and Urban Development Act.

MISSION:

TO PROMOTE THE SPORT OF SAILING, PROVIDE REASONABLE PRICED SUMMER WELLS AND WINTER STORAGE FOR THE MEMBERSHIP, PROVIDE REASONABLY PRICED SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONAL EVENTS AND/OR SEMINARS.
