INITIATING AND SUPPORTING THE EDUCATION OF PARTICIPATING INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS WITH EXPERIENTIAL, WRITTEN, VERBAL, VISUAL AND ON-LINE RESOURCES; 4.
