Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

Included are conservation of the nations forests, rangeland, vegetation, deserts, wild and scenic rivers and other wilderness areas and open land spaces; and reestablishment of areas that have been devastated by destructive activities such as strip mining or other destructive activities.

RENTAL OF 24 LIVING UNITS TO SENIOR CITIZENS AT BELOW MARKET RENTS.RENTAL OF 4 LIVING UNITS TO MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES, THAT HAVE FINANCIAL NEED, AT BELOW MARKET RENTS.
