PROJECT OUTREACH IS A ZERO TOLERANCE HOUSE AND WE REQUIRE OUR PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS TO BE CLEAN AND SOBER AND INVOLVED IN AA/NA. WE OFFER A FIRST STEP HOUSE FOR ALL NEW PARTICIPANTS AND A SERIES OF GRADUATE HOUSES TO PROVIDE VITAL SERVICES FOR YOUR JOURNEY OF RECOVERY.
