OCH IS ALSO COMMITTED TO SUPPORTING FAMILIES AFTER THEIR LOSS THROUGH BEREAVEMENT OUTREACH AND ORGANIZED PROGRAM OFFERINGS.OLD COLONY HOSPICE ALSO OFFERS A COMPREHENSIVE PALLIATIVE CARE PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE CONSULTATION SERVICES TO PHYSICIANS AND HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS TO MANAGE PAIN AND OTHER TROUBLING SYMPTOMS OF PATIENTS WITH COMPLEX MEDICAL CONDITIONS. ALL OF THE PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED TO PATIENTS REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY FOR CARE. NO PATIENT HAS BEEN DENIED CARE BASED ON FINANCIAL RESOURCES.

ALL TEAMS FROM THE LEAGUE'S MEMBER TOWNS AND CITIES ARE ELIGIBLE TO PLAY IN THE LEAGUE AND OVER 7,000 CHILDREN PARTICIPATE EACH YEAR.
