TO FOSTER MEASURES AND CONDUCT ACTIVITIES DIRECTED TOWARD ESTABLISHING ANDMAINTAINING THE HIGHEST QUALITY AND ACCEPTIBILITY IN THE DELIVERY OF HEALTH CARE TO INFANTS, CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS.
