THE HOUSE PROVIDES A RESIDENCE TO MEMBERS OF THE SOCIAL SORORITY IOTA GAMMA UPSILON, WHICH IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF MASSACHUSETTS IN AMHERST, MA. OFFICERS AND DIRECTORS OF THE CORPORATION ARE ALL ALUMNAE OF THIS SORORITY, WHICH IS LOCATED ONLY AT UMASS/AMHERST.
