THE MISSION OF OPPORTUNITY COMMUNITIES LLC (OPPCO) IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE AS A FRESH AND INNOVATIVE BUSINESS MODEL THAT SOLVES A FUNDAMENTAL STRUCTURAL CHALLENGE: RETAINING LOCAL CONTROL OF RESOURCES AND ASSETS, THAT ARE CONTINUALLY REINVESTED BACK INTO THE COMMUNITY, WHILE BENEFITING FROM THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF A LARGER SCALE ENTITY.

TO PROVIDE EDUCATION ON TIBETAN CULTURE AND LANGUAGES.

[Many of these are found in section 501(c)(6) business leagues; and 501(c)(6) chambers of commerce.]

SUPPROT ECONOMIC DEVELOMENT BY ASSISTING ENTREPRENEURS AND SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS WITH TOOLS AND RESOURCES TO BE SUCCESSFUL. FOR EXAMPLE, THROUGH ONE-ON-ONE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, BILINGUAL WORKSHOPS AND TRADING PROGRAMS, AS WELL AS NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES.

MISSION:

THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE CHELSEA EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS TO SUPPORT CHELSEA PUBLIC SCHOOLS. ACTIVITIES INCLUDE AFTERSCHOOL AND ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS, ADULT LITERACY PROGRAMS, COLLEGE READINESS AND SAVINGS PROGRAMS AND TEACHER RECOGNITION.
