CDA WORKS DIRECTLY WITH HUMANITARIAN AND DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES, PEACE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION ORGANIZATIONS, MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS AND DONOR AGENCIES TO IMPROVE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND SECURITY CONDITIONS IN CONFLICTED AREAS OF THE WORLD. CDA SPECIALIZES IN CONVENING AND FACILITATING MULTI-STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATIVE LEARNING PROCESSES, THAT COMBINE RIGOROUS ANALYSIS WITH PRAGMATIC FIELD-LEVEL WORK AND DELIVERS PRACTICAL TOOLS AND GUIDANCE TO FIELD STAFF AND POLICYMAKERS ALIKE.

The goal of this organization is to promote artistic expression within a particular ethnic community; work for the preservation and promotion of the traditions, values and lifestyles of different cultural groups; organize activities and events which promote cultural exchange locally or nationally; and encourage understanding and respect for different cultural heritages among the youthful members of the group as well as the mainstream population.
