THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES HAVE BEEN TO ACQUIRE THE SITE, FINANCE, CONSTRUCT AND LEASE A 215,000 SQUARE FOOT BUILDING IN DUDLEY SQUARE IN BOSTON, MA, TO BE OCCUPIED BY BPS, AND LEASED TO THE CITY OF BOSTON.
