THE MASSACHUSETTS SERVICE ALLIANCE, ESTABLISHED IN 1990, IS A PRIVATE, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT SERVES AS THE STATE COMMISSION ON COMMUNITY SERVICE AND VOLUNTEERISM. OUR MISSION IS TO CATALYZE THE INNOVATION AND GROWTH OF SERVICE AND VOLUNTEERISM BY CREATING PARTNERSHIPS THAT MAXIMIZE RESOURCES, EXPERTISE, CAPACITY, AND IMPACT.

THROUGH A SUITE OF COMPREHENSIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS, ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT, THOUGHT LEADERSHIP, AND COMMUNITY CONVENINGS, INP TRAINS AND CONNECTS EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS, AND EMERGING LEADERS NATIONWIDE IN AN EFFORT TO FOSTER A MORE EFFECTIVE, INTERCONNECTED, EQUITABLE, AND DIVERSE SOCIAL IMPACT SECTOR.SINCE INP'S FOUNDING IN 2007, THE ORGANIZATION HAS RESPONDED TO INCREASED NEED AND DEMAND FOR ITS NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED PROGRAMMING, AND HAS EXPANDED TO SERVE MORE LEADERS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND COMMUNITIES. IN FISCAL YEAR 2023, INP SERVED A COMMUNITY OF 4,000 STUDENTS AND ALUMNI NATIONWIDE WHO ARE FUELING THE SOCIAL SECTOR IN 43 STATES.

HEALTH LEADS IS FUELED BY A VISION OF HEALTH, DIGNITY AND WELL-BEING FOR EVERY PERSON IN EVERY COMMUNITY. WE PARTNER WITH COMMUNITIES AND HEALTH SYSTEMS TO ADDRESS SYSTEMIC CAUSES OF INEQUITY AND DISEASE. TO THAT END, TGH HELPS BRING COMPUTERS, INTERNET, AND TRAINING TO THOSE WITHOUT SO STUDENTS CAN DO HOMEWORK, ADULTS CAN FIND JOBS AND MANAGE FINANCES, AND SENIORS CAN CONNECT WITH LOVED ONES. WE PROMOTE LIFELONG SUCCESS BY TEACHING THE SKILLS, AND PROVIDING HARDWARE AND HELP WITH ACCESS SO THAT OUR PARTICIPANTS WILL CONTINUE TO BENEFIT FROM THE WEALTH OF ONLINE RESOURCES WELL AFTER OUR PROGRAM ENDS.
