THIS FACILITY ALSO INCLUDES AFFORDABLE TRANSITIONAL SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY UNITS FOR GRADUATES OF ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT FACILITIES IN THE CITY.
