PROVIDE FACILITIES TO COORDINATE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS IN AGRICULTURE, FAMILY AND CONSUMER SCIENCES, 4-H YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, AND COMMUNITY AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FOR ALL CHRISTIAN COUNTY RESIDENTS.
