THE ORGANIZATIN APPLIES FOR AND RECEIVES GRANTS TO AID INDIVIDUALS THROUGH FUNDING RENOVATIONS TO RESIDENTIAL HOUSING. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES TO FILL THE GAP FOR UNINSURED OR UNDER-INSURED INDIVIDUALS. THEY ALSO OFFER THE ASSISTANCE OF A CONSTRUCTION MANAGER TO ADVISE AND OVERSEE RENOVATIONS THUS PROVIDING ASSURANCE THAT GRANT FUNDS ARE PROPERLY UTILIZED.
