LEASE HOUSE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY FOR THE FRATERNITY CHAPTER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY. COLLECT RENTS, MEALS AND PAY EXPENSES FOR THE FRATERNITY. ALUMNI CLUB IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FRATERNITY HOUSE.
