MISSION:

SIGMA GAMMA RHO SORORITY NATIONAL EDUCATION FUND, INC. (NEF) SEEKS TO REMOVE BARRIERS FOR THOSE WHO ARE MOST DESERVING BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO SCHOLARSHIPS, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, AND COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS. SIGMA GAMMA RHO SORORITY NATIONAL EDUCATION FUND, INC. (NEF) IS DEDICATED TO HELPING EACH PERSON ACHIEVE HIS OR HER DREAMS BY OPENING THE DOORS TO THE FUTURE. THE MISSION IS TO 1) PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIP AID TO STUDENTS WITH FINANCIAL NEEDS FROM ALL BACKGROUNDS, AND 2) CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS, WORKSHOPS, SYMPOSIUMS, AND FORUMS THAT ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE.

PROMOTE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE THROUGH COLLECTIVE BARGAINING, EDUCATION, COMMUNICATION, ORGANIZING, COMMUNITY ACTION, ADMINISTRATION OF THE ORGANIZATION, MAINTENANCE OF ITS ASSETS, DELIVERY OF BENEFITS TO MEMBERS, FRATERNAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND ACTIVITIES THAT FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF THE MEMBERS.

The goal of this organization is to operate facilities for cooperative group living experiences in the out-of-doors; and which provide opportunities to learn campcraft, nature lore and conservation, and participate in a wide range of indoor and outdoor recreational, athletic and group social activities including cookouts.

THE BOONE COUNTY CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU, INC. WAS FORMED WITH THE PURPOSE OF ADVANCING TOURISM AND ECONOMIC GROWTH OF BOONE COUNTY, INDIANA. THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS VISITORS BY PROVIDING SERVICES AND INFORMATION.

THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO UNITE THE COMMUNITY THROUGH VISIONARY LEADERSHIP, ASSESSMENT OF NEEDS AND THE MOBILIZATION AND DISPERSION OF RESOURCES TO ENCHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE CITIZENS OF HUNTINGTON COUNTY. THE ORGANIZATION IS GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER BOARD.

MISSION:

The goal of this organization is to provide opportunities for people of all ages to learn, become competitive in and enjoy the organized recreational activity, sport or game of their choice. These programs may be offered by local clubs devoted to a particular activity or sport; may provide individual or team coaching assistance or instruction, access to equipment and facilities, and uniforms, if necessary; and may sponsor or make arrangements for athletes to participate in amateur competitions, usually at the local or regional level, and provide officials for games. These events are generally for the enjoyment of the athletes and are not at a high enough competitive level to be considered spectator sports.
