LEISURE LIVING APARTMENTS, INC. WAS ORGANIZED AS AN INDIANA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION TO OWN AND OPERATE TWO APARTMENT PROJECTS FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN MILFORD, INDIANA. PHASE I HAS 16 UNITS AND PHASE II HAS 16 UNITS. THE CORPORATION'S MORTGAGE LOANS WERE PROVIDED THROUGH THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT, DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, UNDER SECTION 515 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949.

SOCIAL CLUB WHICH PROVIDES A GOLF COURSE, BOWLING ALLEY, EATING & DRINKING FACILITIES, AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR MEMBERS
