THE R.I.S.E. PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO MENTOR AND EDUCATE HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS IN HOW TO BECOME ENTREPRENEURS AND BEGIN THEIR OWN BUSINESSES IN ORDER TO STIMULATE THE LOCAL BUSINESS SECTOR
