POST-MERGER, THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF NUTRITION CHANGED ITS NAME TO AMERICAN NUTRITION ASSOCIATION, INC.EFFECTIVE DATE OF MERGER WAS MAY 24, 2021. IN TOTAL, THE 2 DISSOLVED ORGANIZATIONS GENERATED $200,705 NET INCOME PRE-MERGER. THIS REVENUE WAS ASSOCIATED WITH EXPENSES THAT ARE REFLECTED ON THE SURVIVING ENTITIES FORM 990.
