THESE CHARITABLE FUNCTIONS ARE SUPPORTED WITH FUNDS SET ASIDE FOR THESE PURPOSES IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE IRS CODE SECTION 512.

HOLDING TITLE OR A LEASEHOLD INTEREST IN PROPERTY, COLLECTING INCOME FROM THAT PROPERTY, AND TURNING OVER THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF SUCH INCOME, LESS EXPENSES, TO ESPERANZA HEALTH CENTERS, AN ILLINOIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION.
