LHL BUILDING CORP HOLDS TITLE TO A BUILDING THAT WAS DONATED TO THE MADISON COUNTY ASSOCIATION FOR MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CITIZENS. IT ALSO HOLDS TITLE TO A BUILDING THAT WAS CONSTRUCTED. IT MAINTAINS THESE BUILDINGS AND THE SURROUNDING GROUNDS AND COLLECTS RENT FROM THE WILLIAM M. BEDELL ACHIEVEMENT AND RESOURCE CENTER, A TAX EXEMPT 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES TRAINING FOR MENTALLY DISABLED ADULTS AND CHILDREN.

THE HEALTH CARE COUNCIL OF ILLINOIS WAS FORMED TO SERVE AS THE PUBLIC POLICY ENTITY. THIS ENTITY PROVIDES THE FRAMEWORK FOR A UNIFIED MESSAGE ON ALL ISSUES INVOLVING LEGISLATION, REGULATORY AND POLITICAL ACTIVITIES.
