BY LEVERAGING THE LIVED EXPERIENCES AND THE GENIUS WITHIN COMMUNITIES OF COLOR, CAFE GROUP HAS CREATED A GLIDEPATH FROM COLLEGE INTERN TO ESTABLISHED LEADER DESIGNED TO CATALYZE LASTING SYSTEMIC CHANGE.
