TO ADMINISTER THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS OF MIDDLE STATES ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION AND I.B.E.W. LOCAL 9, INCLUDING NEGOTIATIONS, PROCESSING OF GRIEVANCES AND ALL OTHER MANAGEMENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES NECESSARY TO ADMINISTER THE AGREEMENT.

TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN THE MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES AND IN SERVICE TO THE PROGRAM OF THE OWASIPPE SCOUT RESERVATION IN MICHIGAN, AS IS DEEMED NECESSARY AND/OR FEASIBLE BY THE OWASIPPE STAFF ASSOCIATION IN COOPERATION WITH THE OWNERSHIP OF THAT FACILITY.
