THE ASSOCIATION WAS ORGANIZED IN 1980 UNDER CHAPTER 215, ARTICLE XXXIII-I12 OF THE ILLINOIS INSURANCE CODE (THE "ACT") TO ASSURE THE FULFILLMENT OF COVERED POLICY OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBER INSURERS THAT ARE DETERMINED TO BE INSOLVENT BY A STATE DIRECTOR OF INSURANCE OR OTHER APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY.

COORDINATE ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES OF FACILITIES FOR HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION, AND HOUSING FOR THE AGED.

TO ADVANCE THE DENTISTS' ROLE IN THE TREATMENT OF SLEEP-DISORDERED BREATHING THROUGH PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION, PRACTICE STANDARDS, COLLABORATIVE CARE, CLINICAL RESEARCH, AND PUBLIC RELATIONS.

LEADINGAGE ILLINOIS' MISSION IS TO ADVANCE EXCELLENCE AND INNOVATION IN ADULT LIFE SERVICES. COMMITTED TO ADVANCING EXCELLENCE, WE ADVOCATE FOR QUALITY SERVICES, PROMOTE INNOVATIVE PRACTICES, AND FOSTER COLLABORATION. WE SERVE THE FULL SPECTRUM OF PROVIDERS INCLUDING HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES (HCBS), SENIOR HOUSING, LIFE PLAN COMMUNITIES (LPC)/CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES (CCRC), ASSISTED LIVING, SUPPORTIVE LIVING, ANDSKILLED NURSING/REHABILITATION CENTERS.

DAYONE PACT IS AN ILLINOIS NOT-FOR-PROFIT AGENCY WHICH PROVIDES A VARIETY OF STATE-FUNDED AND PRIVATELY FUNDED SERVICES TO PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. WITHIN ITS PRIVATELY-FUNDED DIVISION, DAYONE PACT PROVIDES GUARDIANSHIP OF THE PERSON AND ESTATE, ADVOCACY SERVICES, PERSONAL AND BUDGETING ASSISTANCE, AND OTHER ARRANGEMENTS TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF A PERSON WHO MAY BE ELDERLY OR DISABLED. THE STATE-FUNDED SERVICES WORK WITH THE INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH INDIVIDUAL SERVICE COORDINATION AND LINKAGE AND ADVOCACY, WITHIN DUPAGE COUNTY, KANE COUNTY, KENDALL COUNTY AND HANOVER TOWNSHIP OF COOK COUNTY.
