THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED CHRISTIAN RADIO TALK AND MUSIC UNDER THE BRANDED RADIO NETWORK OF FREEDOM RADIO FM THROUGH NOVEMBER 2019. BEGINNING IN 2019, THE ORGANIZATION BEGAN A PROCESS OF DISTRIBUTING ITS ASSETS TO ANOTHER 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION, RADIO BY GRACE, INC. PURSUANT TO A DONATION AGREEMENT THAT WAS EXECUTED IN 2018 AND THEN LATER AMENDED IN 2019, 2020 AND 2021. THE ORGANIZATION CEASED ITS PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS DURING 2020 AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF LIQUIDATING ITS ASSETS TO CONTRIBUTE TO RADIO BY GRACE, INC. WHICH WAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS BYLAWS AND MISSION PURPOSE.

MISSION:

BYAHA IS THE PARENT ORGANIZATION OF THE JUNIOR STEELHEADS YOUTH HOCKEY TEAMS AND IS A MEMBER OF THE IDAHO AMATEUR HOCKEY ASSOCIATION AND USA HOCKEY. BYAHA IS A 501(C)(3) NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT FOR OUR COMMUNITY'S TALENTED AND COMMITTED PLAYERS TO GAIN THE MAXIMUM BENEFITS OF PARTICIPATING IN A COMPETITIVE SPORTS PROGRAM. THE BYAHA ENDORSES THE CORE VALUES OF USA HOCKEY: SPORTSMANSHIP, RESPECT FOR THE INDIVIDUAL, INTEGRITY, PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE, ENJOYMENT, LOYALTY, AND TEAMWORK. OUR GOAL IS TO DEVELOP GREAT PEOPLE AS WELL AS PLAYERS.

THE MISSION OF FAMILY PROMISE OF NORTH IDAHO IS TO TRANSFORM LIVES FOR HOMELESS CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.FAMILY PROMISE ASSISTS FAMILIES FACED WITH HOMELESSNESS BY PROVIDING TEMPORARY SHELTER, HOUSING, AND EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES.FAMILY PROMISE IS COMMITTED TO HELPING LOW-INCOME FAMILIES ACHIEVE LASTING INDEPENDENCE AND PROVIDES SAFE SHELTER, MEALS, AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES AND PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO REDRESS THE UNDERLYING CAUSES OF HOMELESSNESS.
