IBE WORKS TO PROMOTE A STATE EDUCATION SYSTEM THAT WILL PROVIDE ITS STUDENTS WITH A HIGH QUALITY EDUCATION THAT ENSURES THE WELL-EDUCATED WORKFORCE OUR BUSINESSES AND ECONOMY REQUIRE, WILL ANTICIPATE AND SERVE THE CURRENT AND FUTURE NEEDS OF THE ECONOMY AND UTILIZES PROCESSES THAT ARE EFFICIENT, ACCOUNTABLE, RESPONSIVE, INNOVATIVE AND HIGH PERFORMING.
