FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED TO ENABLE HIGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE SERVICES ON A NON-FOR-PROFIT BASIS IN ORDER TO MEET THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE OF THE LYON COUNTY, IOWA AREA, WHICH INCLUDES NORTHWEST IOWA AND SOUTHWEST MINNESOTA.

THE FAIR HELPS TO KEEP THE PUBLIC INFORMED ON SUBJECTS BENEFICIAL AND ESSENTIAL TO THE COMMUNITIES AND RURAL AREAS, AS WELL AS PROVIDE THE COMMUNITIES AND RURAL AREAS WITH SOME ENTERTAINMENT AND CULTURAL EVENTS.
