TRANSFORMING THE SPACE FROM ITS ORIGINAL USE FOR OVER 77 YEARS AS THE DES MOINES FIRE DEPARTMENT MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SHOP, WE ARE COMMITTED TO CREATING AN AFFORDABLE SPACE THAT SERVES AS A HUB FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION.
