THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO MAKE EVERY ASPECT OF THE PERFORMING ARTS AN INSTRUMENT FOR EDUCATION, PARTICIPATION, ENTERTAINMENT, AND GROWTH WHILE USING, RESTORING AND PRESERVING THE SPRINGER OPERA HOUSE BUILDING AS PART OF A WORKING THEATRE COMPLEX. THE SPRINGER SUPPORTS THE SPRINGER SCHOOL OF THEATRE ARTS, THE GLESCA MARSHALL PERFORMING ARTS LIBRARY, SPRINGER THEATRE ON TOUR, THE DEEPSOUTH NEW PLAY CONTEST, VOLUNTEER PROGRAMS (SPRINGER GUILD AND SOHO) AND MAINSTAGE SEASON PERFORMANCES.

MISSION:

OPERATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF STEWARDSHIP OF ASSOCIATION ASSETS, MAINTAIN A QUALITY ENVIRONMENT AND PROVIDE EFFICIENT AND COST EFFECTIVE SERVICES TO (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)

MISSION:

GWINNETT HOSPITAL SYSTEM FOUNDATION IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO NORTHSIDE HOSPITAL, INC. FOR PROJECTS WHICH MEET COMMUNITY NEEDS IN GWINNETT COUNTY. FOCUS IS PLACED ON PROGRAMS THAT ACCELERATE ACCESS TO HIGH QUALITY HEALTHCARE IN GWINNETT.

MISSION:

TO PROVIDE FUNDING TO CHARITIES IN FULFILLMENT OF THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF NCCF.

TO BE AN ADVOCATER FOR THE COLLEGE AND TO SEEK, RECEIVE, INVEST, ACCOUNT FOR AND ALLOCATE PRIVATE GIFTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS IN SUPPORT OF GEORGIA HIGHLANDS COLLEGE. THIS HAS BEEN ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE REGENTS SCHOLARSHIP GALA USG FOUNDATION, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP DRIVE, ANNUAL LETTER CAMPAIGN, FACULTY STAFF CAMPAIGN, AND FACE TO FACE MEETINGS WITH DONORS BY THE COLLEGE AND BY GHC FOUNDATION BOARD OF TRUSTEES.

Because of their endowments, they are focused primarily on grantmaking and generally do not actively raise funds or seek public financial support. These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.
