(MRMC), A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. THE ORGANIZATION IS IN THE PROCESS OF LIQUIDATING AND IS NO LONGER OPERATIONAL.

AND TOOMBS COUNTY HOSPITAL AUTHORITY IN SUCH WAYS AS THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES DETERMINED IN ITS DISCRETION. THE ORGANIZATION IS IN THE PROCESS OF LIQUIDATING AND IS NO LONGER OPERATIONAL.

HISTORICALLY, THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO PROVIDE THE COMMUNITY WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO INVEST IN THEIR HEALTH CARE AND THEIR HOSPITAL. THE FOUNDATION IS NOW DORMANT AND SOON TO BE LIQUIDATED (ALL ASSETS HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED TO MEADOWS NEW FOUNDATION, INC.), FOLLOWING THE SALE OF THE OPERATIONS OF THE INTEGRATED GROUP OF AFFILIATED HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATIONS, TO VIDALIA HEALTH SERVICES, LLC, AND AFFILIATE OF HCA HEALTHCARE, INC., IN APRIL 2021.
