PRIVATE GIFTS FROM ALUMNI, FRIENDS, PARENTS, CORPORATIONS AND FOUNDATIONS PROVIDE THE RESOURCES NECESSARY TO OFFER AN OUTSTANDING EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE FOR GEORGIA COLLEGE AND STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND ENHANCE THE OVERALL EXCELLENCE OF THIS INSTITUTION.

MISSION:

THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS GEORGIA MILITARY COLLEGE BY RAISING FUNDS, IMPROVING FACILITIES AND MANAGING ENDOWMENT FUNDS.

The goal of this organization is to plant, maintain and display for public study and enjoyment collections of flowers, trees, shrubs and ground cover, some of which are rare and exotic.

PROVIDE HOUSING UNDER HUD'S MULTI-FAMILY PROGRAM. THE PROPERTY CONSISTS OF 149 FAMILY UNITS. THIS PROPERTY TRANSITIONED FROM HUD'S PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM TO HUD'S MULTI-FAMILY PROGRAM UNDER HUD'S RAD PROGRAM.

These are the most common type of private foundation. They are generally endowed, usually from a single individual or family. Private foundations are considered family foundations if relatives or the original donor are still active on the board of trustees or in the operation of the foundation.

CHILD AND FAMILY GUIDANCE IS A FAMILY-CENTERED, COMMUNITY BASED, STRENGTHS-FOCUSED, CULTURALLY COMPETENT ORGANIZATION THAT SUPPORTS AND PROVIDES THE SERVICES TO ENSURE SAFETY, PERMANENCY, AND WELL-BEING FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN GEORGIA.
