TO PROVIDE RESPITE CARE SERVICES TO COGNITIVELY CHALLENGED INDIVIDUALS THROUGH INTELLECTUAL STIMULATION, PHYSICAL EXERCISE, AND SUPPORT TO CAREGIVERS.
