BIKES HELP BUILD A SENSE OF COMMUNITY, FOSTER RELATIONSHIPS, PROVIDE HEALTH AND WELLNESS BENEFITS, AND SERVE AS A RELIABLE MODE OF TRANSPORTATION. IT IS OUR MISSION TO PUT AS MANY BIKES INTO THE HANDS OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES AS POSSIBLE.

AS PART OF THE APPLICATION, THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS CLEARLY IDENTIFY ITS ACTIVITIES AS A COMMUNITY NEWS MAGAZINE WITH EXCESS REVENUES BEING DISTRIBUTED TO SCHOOLS AND OTHER COMMUNITY GROUPS. HISTORICALLY, AND PRIMARILY, WOW HAS PROVIDED THIS SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY OF WESTCHASE BY PUBLISHING A NEWSLETTER, WHICH HAS GROWN INTO A MONTHLY NEWS MAGAZINE, CONTAINING INFORMATION OF INTEREST ABOUT THE COMMUNITY (INCLUDING ITS GOVERNING BODIES, COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES, RESIDENTS, ETC.). THIS PUBLICATION HAS BEEN AND CONTINUES TO BE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE TO COMMUNITY RESIDENTS. NOT ONLY DOES THE PUBLICATION KEEP RESIDENTS INFORMED ABOUT SPECIFIC COMMUNITY MEETINGS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES, BUT WE BELIEVE IT HAS HELPED BUILD AND MAINTAIN A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMONG WESTCHASE RESIDENTS. IT IS HELPFUL TO REMEMBER THAT WESTCHASE IS A RELATIVELY NEW (25 YEARS OLD)
