(EIN: 23- 7354477), WHICH ITSELF IS AN ORGANIZATION DESCRIBED IN SECTIONS 501(C)(3), 509(A)(1), AND 170(B)(1)(A)(III) OF THE IRS CODE.

TO RESCUE, CARE FOR, TREAT, AND FIND HOMES FOR SICK, INJURED, ABANDONED AND/OR STRAYED DOMESTIC ANIMALS
