THE MISSION OF PALSP IS TO EMPOWER OUR YOUTH THROUGH EDUCATIONAL, ATHLETIC, EMPLOYABILITY AND MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES, THROUGH COLLABORATIONS WITH COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND POLICE OFFICERS TO FOSTER TRUST, INSPIRE HOPE AND FACILITATE CHANGE WITHIN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE. HOW WE ENGAGE - THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS (ACADEMIC, ATHLETIC, EMPLOYABILITY & MENTORING) WE ENGAGE KIDS BY PROVIDING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO LEARN AND BE INSPIRED (WOODLAWN & MIDTOWN). HOW WE EDUCATE - WE PROVIDE TUTORING AND ESSENTIAL LEARNING SKILLS DEVELOPMENT IN THE AREAS OF MATH, ETC. HOW WE EMPOWER - THROUGH MENTORSHIP FROM SPPD AND COMMUNITY LEADERS, OUR KIDS LEARN ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILLS TO PROPEL THEM FORWARD IN LIFE AS WELL AS THE IMPORTANCE FROM ROLE MODELS OF GIVING BACK TO THEIR COMMUNITIES.

ADC IBC IS DEDICATED IN NURTURING THE DEVELOPMENT OF TALENTED YOUTH BY SERVING AS A LEADING SOURCE AND AMBASSADOR FOR THE INTERNATIONAL DANCE COMMUNITY; WHERE (1) STUDENTS AND TEACHERS CAN LEARN AND SEEK ADVANCED TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, (2) SERVE AS A MEETING PLACE TO SCOUT TALENT.
